Binding: 18th century sprinkled calf with gold tooled fillets towards outer edges of boards; blind rolled board edges; text block edges sprinkled red and brown. Size: 18 cm. Imperfect: vol. 1 lacks the list of subscribers i.e. the pages ix-xviii (first sequence).
Editionnotes: Pp.ix-xviii in the first sequence contain a list of subscribers. Issued in fine and ordinary paper copies; there are minor differences in typesetting between the two.
