| Copynotes: | 18th-century Cambridge panel style calf with blind-tooled concentric frames joined at corners and cornerpieces to outer frame on covers; gilt -tooled fillets on board edges; all edges lightly sprinkled red and blue; full gilt panels with floral stamps divided by saltires and lettered in gilt on spine.
Queens' copy is issued on ordinary paper.
