Copynotes: 18th-century Cambridge panel style calf with blind-tooled concentric frames joined at corners and cornerpieces to outer frame on covers; gilt -tooled fillets on board edges; all edges lightly sprinkled red and blue; full gilt panels with floral stamps divided by saltires and lettered in gilt on spine. Queens' copy is issued on ordinary paper. Good condition.
Editionnotes: Pp.ix-xviii in the first sequence contain a list of subscribers. Issued in fine and ordinary paper copies; there are minor differences in typesetting between the two.
