Copynotes: Signature on t.p.: A. Mandy. Binding is cloth for volumes 1, 2 3 and 5 and leather for volume 4. The condition for all 6 volumes is good. Volume 5 has two pages with underlined words in pencil, and volume 6 has a few pages with phrases underlined with pen.
Editionnotes: Pp.ix-xviii in the first sequence contain a list of subscribers. Issued in fine and ordinary paper copies; there are minor differences in typesetting between the two.
