Editionnotes: Signatures: A⁴, B². First edition, with the catchword "From" on B2 recto. The Pforzheimer catalogue identifies the printer (p. 1009) as John Windet based on ownership of the arabesque ornamental block on the title page, which passed from Wolfe to Windet about 1593.
