Colophon (on verso of p. 363, at end of Two cantos of Mvtabilitie): Most of the minor works have special title-pages, and are unpaged. "Our edition of this text has the additional Lownes' texts, most with separate title pages, printed between 1613 and 1617; the contents are listed in the record in our online catalog. ...These are included in the OCLC record for the 1609 edition." "I have examined our 1617 edition of Spenser's Works (L821.3 S74f 1617), and all of the points for the publication date of 1617 are precisely as you describe below with explicit dates for 1617 or 1613 as outlined by you. The corrections which reveal the later printing are also present. Our copy has the "16012" misprint at the end of the Faerie Queene. We have the 1613 variant for Prosopopoia" (Correspondence of 6/14/10).
Editionnotes: In verse. Printer’s name from STC. The colophon is dated "16012" [sic]. The second part has separate title page dated 1612; pagination and register are continuous. Variant: this title page dated 1613. The last leaf is blank. A reissue of STC 23084, with cancel general title page and dedication. Signatures: A⁶(-A1+pi²) B-P⁶ Q⁴ R-2H⁶. Issued with STC 23086.7, 23094, 23077.7, and 23087. Some copies have STC 23087.5 in place of the last.
