Copynotes: | The binding of this volume appears to be a mixture from two different time periods. The upper and lower covers are brown leather with blind-stamped designs. The spine is possibly of a later vintage and has gold-stamped ornamentation. The binding is cracked and chipped.

Title page printed in red and black. Text continuous despite numerous errors in pagination.
