SctThe United States of America to the Sheriff of the District
of St Louis - Greeting.

We command you to take Pierre
if he may be found in your and him safety keep, so that you
may have his body before the Justices of our Court of Common Pleas, at
our Court, next to be holden at St Louis , in and for the District
aforesaid, on the third Tuesday of March next to answer unto
John Bolly in a plea of on the case, to the damage
of the said John one hundred dollars, and have then there
this writ.
