Samuel Solomon , administrator of
all and the goods. , rights and audit of
Pierre Dorion Lima deceased, which said of admin
istration are here in ready to the
of Mary P . for that the said Mary P . on the First
day of april, in the year, one thousand, eight hundered and Eleven,
at the town and district of Saint Louis was indebted to the said
Pierre Dorian then in full life, in the sum of Two Hundred
and Seventy Six Dollars, lawful money of the United States
for so much , by the said Mary P . before
that time, for the pay of the said Pierre as interpreted
for the United States , in the Indian Department and living
so the said Mary P . in consideration therefore
there and then assumed upon himself the said Pierre then
and there faithfully promised to pay the sum himself
Attorney on regarding.

And also so that the said Mary
then and there was indebted to the said Pierre , in one other
for the sum of Two Hundred twenty six Dollars lawful
of the United States . for much money by the
said Pierre for the said Mary P . before that time, paid
said out and advanced, at her special
to indebted the said Mary P . then of there upon
himself to the said Pierre promising to pay him
the sum of money on request - free the
said Mary P . or the life time of said Pierre , for
has the said sum of money nor either of them to
the said Pierre , nor since the decease of said Pierre
to him the plaintiff his administrators although
often requested and demanded, to the damage of the plaintiff
an administrator as aforesaid the sum of Five Hundred
Dollars.

We command you to Summons Mary P . Ledue if he may be found within
your bailiwick that he be and appear before the judges of our court of Common -
pleas to be holden at the town of Saint Louis in and for the district of saint Louis
on the first Monday of March needed then there to answer unto Samuel
Solomon administrator of all and Luigular the goods, chattels, rights and credits
of Pierre Dorion Senior deceased of a plea of trespass on the case to the damage
the said Samuel Solomon as administrator aforesaid the sum of
Hundred Dollars and have you then there this writ
