Sheriff of the District of St Louis in the
District of Louisiana
greeting

We command you that you take William Clark if he may be found
within you and him safely keep so that you may have him before
the justices of our Court of Common please to be holden at the town of St Louis
in and for the District of St Louis on the third tuesday of March
and then to answer unto Louis Labeaume , of a plea of trespass on the case so
the Damage of the said Louis Labeaume the sum of fifty Dollars and have you
the there this writ

Witness Charles granted first Justice of our Court of
