We command you to summon Robert N Martin and John Clark that
they be and appear before the Judge of our Circuit Court on the second
day of the next term thereof to be held at the city of St Louis within and
for the County of Saint Louis on the fourth monday of march instant then
and there to answer unto the above demand of William Clark as set forth
in his petition of which the above is a copy and have you then there this writ
