State of Missouri County of St Louis In the Circuit Court March Term 1832

ney complains of Isaac White of a plea of trespass
for that the said Issac first day of March
in the year One thousand eight hundered and thirty two
and on differ other days and times between that day
and the day of filing this declaration with force
and arms broke and entered divery to wit three
closer of the said plaintiff lying and being
in the township of St. Louis in the County aforesaid
and then and there forced and broke open, broke to pieces
damaged and spoiled the fences, doors, and benches
of great value, to wit of the value of One hundred dollars
then standing and being in the said and then
and there trod down, trampled upon, Consumed and destroyed
the carrots, turnips and parsnips of the said plaintiff
of great value to wit of the value of One hundred
dollars there, then growing and being, and also then and
there tore up, and then and there seized, took, and car
ried
away the benches doors, turnips, carrots and parsnips
of the said plaintiff of great valued to writ of
the value of one hundred dollars off and from the
said closer and converted and disposed of them to his
own useand other wrongs to the said plaintiff then
and there did to the damage of the said Plain
tiff of three hundred dollars and therefore he
brings his suit

We command you to summon Isaac White that he be and appear
before the Judge of our Circuit Court at the next term thereof to be held
at the city of of St Louis within and for the county of Saint Louis on
the fourth Monday of March instant then and there to answer unto
Richard J Wilkenson of a plea of trespass to the damage of the
said plaintiff of three hundred dollars and have you then there
this writ

Witness, Archibald Gamble Clerk of our said
Circuit Court at office this Eighth day of
March in the Year One thousand Eight Hundred
and thirty two Archibald Gamble Clerk

Served this writ on Issac W White
the defendant on the 10th day of March
1832 by reading the writ and declaration
to him in the County of St Louis
