Greeting

We command you to summon Simon Parker that he be
and appear before the Judge of our Circuit Court at the next
November term thereof to be held at the City of St. Louis within and
for the County of Saint Louis on the fourth monday of November
next then and there to answer unto Susan of a plea of Tresspass,
wherefore she says she is injured and hath sustained damage
in the amount of Five hundred dollars and have you then
there this writ

Executed these two, writs on Simon Parker
by reading, them to him together with the
Order of the Court permitting her to sue
as a poor person also by reading, the
declaration to him at the same time to
