St Louis County to wit:

The Jurors for the State of Missouri
upon their oaths do present, that George H Robb late of the sd
County — Shop Keeper on the first day of July on the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Twenty
with force & arms at the County of St Louis aforesaid
a large quantity of Beaver skins, to wit eighteen packs
of Beaver Skins, of great value to wit: of the value of
Three hundred dollars for each pack — & also a large
quantity of Rackoon skins to wit: two packs of
Rackoon skins of great value to wit of the value
of one Hundred dollars for each pack of the goods &
chattles of Joshua Pilcher , Joseph Perkins , Andrew
Woods, Moses Carson, & Thomas
Hempstead , the surviving partners of a company of
Fur Traders using the style and firm of "the Missouri
Fur Company " Then and there being found, felonious
-ly did, steal, Take, and carry away contrary to the
form of the statute in such case made and provided
and against the peace and Dignity of (The United States
of America ) & of the State.

and the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do
further present that the said George H Robb on the
first day of July in the year of our Lord eighteen hun
-drad and Twenty, with force & arms at St Louis in
the county aforesaid, unlawfully & unjustly did receive
there a Large quantity of Beaver skins, to wit
eighteen packs of Beaver skins, of great valued to wit

of the value of three hundred dollars for each pack, &
a large quantity of Racoon, to wit: two packs of Ra
-coon skins of great value to wit of the value of One hun
-dred dollars for each pack of the goods & chattles
of Joshua Pilcher , Joseph Perkins , Andrew Woods
Moses Carson, , & Thomas Hempstead
the surviving partners of a company, using the style
& firm of "the Missouri fur company", then lately
before felonioulsly, stolen taken & carried away by
One George Late the slave of Manuel Lesa De
-ceased, he the said George H Robb then & there well
knowing the same to be stolen & unlawfully come
by — Contrary to the statute in such case in ade &
provided and against the peace and Dignity of (The
United States of America ) & of the State.
