Lord one Thousand
eight hundred and twenty with force and
arms
at the County of St. Loius
aforesaid, eighteen parks
of beaver skins, of great value to wit, each
park of the value of Five hundred dollars, ten
packs of rackoon skins of great value, to wit
of the
value of one hundred dollars for each park,
of the goods and chatters
of certain persons using
the name and style of “The Fur Company ,"
but whose
particular names are to the Jurors afore
-said as yet unknown, then and
there being found
feloniously did steal take and carry away, con
-trary to the form of the statute in each case
made and provided and against
the peace &
dignity of the United States of America

matter of controversy now pending in our said
court, wherein United States are plaintiff,
and George Wallace defendant on the

quantity of beaverskins to wit eighteen packs of

of three hundred dollars for each pack, and a large
quantity
of racoon skins to wit of the value of
one hundred dollars for each
pack, of the goods
& chattels of certain persons using the same
and style of the " Missouri
Fur Company " (but
whose particular names are to the jurors aforesaid
unknown then and there being found,
commonly did steal take and carry away contrary
to the form of its statute in such case
