Sir, Alexander Willard is indebted to me as surviving
partner of the law firm of Wilkinson & Price, in the sum
forty eight Dollars, & twenty five cents, or noteof account
as appears by the said note & account herewith them
to you, you there fore to issue process against
the said Alexander Willard to appear before you & their
came why not to recover the said demand
