sThe United States of America to the Sheriff of the
District of Saint Louis greeting

We command you as you have heretofore
been command to take Pierre Croussatte if he may befound in
your District and him safely keep so that you may have him
before the Judges afour Court of commonpleas at our Court next
to behold in at the town of Saint Louis in and for the District of
Saint Louis on the third Tuesday of June next, then there in
our said Court to answer unto Gregorie Sarpy in aplea of
tresspass on the case to the damage of the said Gregorie the
sum of three hundred dollars and have you these third this
writ
