Louis , Greeting:

We command you as youhave heretofore beencommanded to take Pierre Croussatte If
befound in your District and y
have him before the Judges of our Court of Common pleas at our Court
next to be holder at the Town of Saint Louis in and for the District
aforesaid, on the third Tuesday in March Instant then there to answer
with Gregorie Sarpy in a plea of Trespass on the case to the
Damage of the said Gregorie the sum of three hundred dollars
as it is said, and have you then there this writ-
