of St Louis - Greeting.
We command you to take Pierre
if he may be found in your
and him safely keep, so that

may have his body before the Justices of our Court of Common Pleas,
at
our Court, next to be holden at St Louis , in and for the
District
aforesaid, on the third Tuesday of March next to answer
unto
John Bolly in a plea of tresspass on the case, to the damage
