We the Grand Jury in & for the County of St. Louis
do present as a nuisance.

The selling of Spiritous Liquors to Indians & Slaves

Card playing for money or property, which vice,
appears to Gain Ground Daily to the rain of
& even whole Families.

The Bad State of the Public roads & high ways which
have been Thankfully neglected for these several years past—

The shouting with five arms within the Limits
of the Town & alarming its Inhabitants by the
Tinging of Bells & other Tiatous Conduct in the
night time.
